When you make a purchase from our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since our products are digital goods delivered via the internet, we do not issue refunds after the website or service has been delivered.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we have created a 7-day refund policy for certain products.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. Such requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

- If you have purchased a website from us, you are entitled to 30-day post-sale support. If we are not able to help you with your technical problems, we will refund your purchase provided you deliver the website & domain back to us.
- We do not issue refunds for domain names or web hosting services.
- Custom services (this includes content writing, keyword research, SEO, graphic design, etc.) are not refundable after work has begun.
